2026 Season Banquet Information

We are excited to share the details for our 2026 Season Banquet!

Please note there is not a separate room block reserved, so reservations are first come, first served. They recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Banquet Information
KCPRO-East is providing FREE banquet registration for all racers this year. Please register all other attendees no later than March 15th so we can finalize our food count with the venue.
Adult Buffet – $30 per person
South of the Border menu featuring:
• Chicken enchiladas
• Chili relleno
• Tortilla lime encrusted tilapia
• Pico de gallo with fresh tortilla chips
• Seasoned rice
• Buttered corn
• Tossed salad
Children’s Buffet – $15 per person
• Chicken strips
• Macaroni and cheese
• Carrots
• Fruit
Silent Auction
Our silent auction is our largest fundraiser of the year and helps provide start-up funds for the 2026 season. We ask each family to reach out within their communities to help secure donations. Each family is encouraged to contribute at least three items or baskets.

Saturday, April 18, 2026, Schedule
11:00 AM – Set-Up & Decorating
Help bring in trophies, decorate, and assemble racer gifts. Adults only, as we would like the gifts to remain a surprise.
1:00 PM – Spring KCPRO Member Meeting
We ask that at least one adult from each family attend the meeting.
Lunch is typically provided for the racers during the meeting. If anyone would like to volunteer to help organize lunch or has ideas to share, please let Mariah know.
Tentative topics include:
• Election of 2027 Officers (Please send Mariah nominations via Team Reach)
