Important Reminders:
- You are required to submit an updated Membership Form (see below) each year.
- Your child's birth certificate must be on file with the secretary.
- A new ISR license is required each year for each racer. To confirm your racer's new license, you must include the ISR confirmation number on your membership form. You will also receive a physical license from ISR via mail. This license must be onsite and available to be shown at each race if asked by club officers, DNR or ISR representatives.

How to obtain an ISR License:
1. Visit the ISR website and select the Competition License Application link
2. Complete the Competitor Information section with your child's information
3. Under license selection, select Participant
4. Select Oval Sprint
5. Racing more than one event, select yes
6. Select Kitty Kat Annual License
6. If you choose to be covered by your own insurance (you must verify with your insurance company that racining injuries are covered OR select Driver Annual License if you choose to be covered by ISR/USAC insurance
7. Follow the remaining prompts/steps
8. Repeat steps for each of your racers
