From the South (Hibbing) on 169, take the first entrance into Chisholm (right side exit). Follow the road, it will go up a slight hill then hang a sharp right. Now you are on Lake Street. Take a left at the first stoplight (3rd Av NW/Hwy 73). Go up to 8th St. NW and hang a right. .3 blocks to Central Ave and go right.
From the "North" (it's actually east, Virginia) take the first Chisholm exit. Go 1/3 mile to the stop sign at Lake St. Go straight, following the road around the lake until you hit another stop sign at 8th St. NE. Go left, then take the next left at Central Ave.
Island Lake

Directions:
From the North: Follow as if you'd be going to Pike Lake. Off Highway 53 - turn towards Pike Lake (#13 - Pike Lake Road/Midway Road). Follow to 1st stop sign (#9 - Martin Road) - take right. Follow to Rice Lake Road (#4) - take left onto Rice Lake Road and follow to 7229 Rice Lake Road. You will pass the Award Ceremony Location of the Island Lake Inn about one mile or so before the race location - which you can see from the road.
From the South: Follow Mesaba Avenue north to Arrowhead Road. At Arrowhead Road take a left and follow to stop light and take a right - this will be Rice Lake Road. Follow Rice Lake Road to 7229 Rice Lake Road.
Directions to Lake: Follow U.S. 53/2 through Superior. At the split of U.S. 53 and U.S. 2 take U.S. 53. From the split follow on 53 about 7.5 miles to County Road B. At B take a left and follow approximately 6 miles to stop sign. At stop sign take a right (you will still be on County Road B). Follow B into town and take a right onto Lake Avenue. Lake Nebagamon will be straight ahead and please note that parking will be tight and most likely not on the lake.
